We build your brand and website. Then we keep them working. Every month someone is deciding what your marketing should do next, and then doing it.
No long-term contracts. No minimum term. Just 30 days notice.
Nobody decides to let it go stale. It just happens, because there is always something more urgent than your own marketing. If you have caught yourself saying any of these, you are not the only one.
Not a longer to-do list. A shorter one, because the part you keep meaning to get to is already handled, and you find out what happened without having to ask.
The site, the listing, the posting, the search work. It happens without you chasing it, and a summary each month tells you what got done.
Current services, current prices, this year's work. Not the version of your business from two years ago.
Search and your Google Business Profile get worked on every month, instead of being set up once at launch and forgotten.
Each month starts with a decision about what matters most right now, not a list of tasks copied from last month.
I spent years watching businesses that did excellent work get passed over for competitors who were simply easier to find and easier to trust online. It is a frustrating way to lose, because the fix has nothing to do with how good you are at your job. That is the problem I have spent the last several years solving for small business owners, and it is the reason this engagement exists.
The construction marketing industry is saturated with people familiar with all the tools. They all make grandiose promises, but after several years of proof, we've seen firsthand that Ben works very hard to deliver on those promises and will actually help your brand build online traction.
Nothing complicated, and nothing you have to project-manage. You will know where things stand at every point, starting with a conversation that costs you nothing.
A free conversation about your business, what you need, and whether an ongoing engagement is honestly the right shape for it.
Brand, messaging, and website, built to reflect your work and set up to be found. Then we launch it.
The monthly engagement begins at launch, and your site, your search presence, and your content keep moving from there.
Credibility decays the day you stop paying attention to it. That is why so many small business websites look abandoned within two years, and why a site that looked sharp at launch quietly stops earning its keep. Everything in this engagement is something that gets worse if nobody touches it, which is what makes it an ongoing relationship rather than a subscription for its own sake.
Most monthly marketing is a chore list. This one starts with a decision. Each month we work out what your marketing should focus on, what to say and who to reach, and you get that in writing along with what we did and what we learned. Then we go and do it.
A standing part of the work is asking what is coming: your busy season, a promotion you are planning, a new service, a hiring push. Then the site and the content are ready before the season instead of during it.
A contractor's spring is decided in February. Anyone can post about this week. Knowing what is coming in ten weeks, and having it ready when it arrives, is a different job.
You can buy a website, or you can hire someone to run it. Both are honest answers, and which one is right depends on whether you have anyone internally to keep it going.
Your brand and website, delivered and handed over to you.
One time, depending on scope, up to eight pages. Larger sites and e-commerce quoted individually.
The same build, and then we keep it working.
Plus $1,500 to build, paid at signing
Day one costs less than the deposit on the website alone.
The build is discounted to $1,500 because it is paid up front. A $3,500 website on its own is $1,750 at our standard 50% deposit, so starting the engagement costs less on day one than simply buying the site.
And if it turns out not to be for you, leave after the first month and you will have paid $3,500, which is exactly what the website would have cost on its own.
The scope, the terms, and the things people usually ask on a first call. If something isn't here, ask and we'll tell you straight.
Direction first. We decide what your marketing should focus on and write it down, so you always know what is being worked on and why.
Then the work. Website care, meaning platform updates, security, backups and uptime. Content edits as your business changes. Google Business Profile posts, photos and review responses. On-page search work plus one new page or piece of content. And a social post every week.
You get a short written summary each month and a call each quarter, and we answer within two business days.
Very little, on purpose. Photos of your work as you take them, timely answers and approvals, access to your accounts and existing assets, and one point of contact. That is the whole list.
Photography and video production, paid advertising and ad spend, new pages beyond the agreed site, redesigns, email marketing campaigns, and third-party software subscriptions.
Anything outside the scope gets quoted before it starts and billed at $125 an hour, only once you have approved it. Nothing is ever a surprise on an invoice.
Content edits are capped at two hours a month, which keeps the engagement predictable for both of us. Larger changes get quoted separately. In practice most months nobody comes close to the cap.
Any time, with 30 days written notice, and the final month is prorated. There is no minimum term and no long contract. If it is not working we would rather you left than stayed unhappy.
You do. The site, the domain and the platform accounts are yours the entire time, and if we stop working together everything transfers back to you.
Once a year we review the scope: what is working, what is not, and what the plan should be. A price change is a possible outcome, not the purpose, and it can go down as well as up.
Then we build you one. The Build is $2,000 to $3,500 depending on scope, up to eight pages, you own it, and there is no ongoing commitment. Larger sites and e-commerce get a custom quote before anything starts.
Roughly one business in four or five is a fit for an ongoing engagement. If yours is not one of them, we would rather say so on the first call than sell you something you do not need.
A free conversation about your business, what you need, and whether this is the right fit. If it isn't, we'll say so.
No long-term contracts. No minimum term. Just 30 days notice.
