You know something's off. You're not sure what to fix first.
Send me your website. I'll record a walkthrough and tell you exactly what I'd change, in the order I'd change it.
Yours to keep. Hire me or don't.
You've got a list. You don't have an order.
You already suspect the homepage says too much. Someone told you the photos are dated. You read something about headlines and now you're not sure yours is doing anything. You've got six half-formed ideas about your website and no way to tell which one actually costs you work.
So it stays on the list. Another quarter goes by. The site keeps doing what it's been doing.
The problem was never that you couldn't find advice. There's more free website advice than anyone could read. The problem is that none of it has seen your website.
Someone who builds these, looking at yours.
A walkthrough, not a checklist
My screen and my voice, going through your site the way a visitor would.
Your homepage, plus one more
You pick the second page. Usually it's the one you're least happy with.
Specific changes, not principles
Not "improve your headline." The headline I'd write instead, and why.
Put in order
What I'd fix first, second, third. So you can start Monday with one thing.
It's yours to keep. Send it to whoever builds your site, or do it yourself. That's the point.
Three steps, and two of them are mine.
You send it over
Tell me your URL, which second page you want, and what's been bothering you.
I record the review
I go through it properly, the way I would for a client, and say what I actually think.
It lands in your inbox
Within five business days. Watch it, share it, act on it.
$149, and it comes back if you hire me.
A recorded walkthrough of your site, and what I'd change first.
One time
- Your homepage, plus one page you choose
- The specific changes I'd make, in priority order
- Within five business days
- Yours to keep and share with anyone
One price, paid up front. No call required, no subscription, nothing to cancel.
If you decide you'd rather I did the work, the $149 comes off your project price, as long as you book within 30 days of getting your review. So if it turns into a project, the review was free.
And if it doesn't, you've still got a video telling you exactly what to do.
Everything worth asking before you buy.
Including the ones where the answer is no.
My site is small. Is there even enough to review?
Then the video's shorter and the list is shorter, and that's fine. You're paying for the changes I'd make, not for a run time. A small site with three real problems gets a tight review that fixes three real problems.
Do I have to hire you afterwards?
No. The review is a finished thing on its own, and it's yours to hand to anyone.
What if you look at it and it's basically fine?
Then I'll tell you it's basically fine, and where I'd spend your money instead. I'd rather say that than invent problems.
Is this a sales call in disguise?
It's not a call at all. You'll never be on the phone with me unless you ask to be.
Which second page should I pick?
Whichever one you like least, or the one people actually land on. If you're not sure, say so in the form and I'll choose.
Can I send it to my developer?
Please do. It'll save you both a conversation.
Find out what to fix first.
One video, specific changes, in the order I'd make them. And if it turns into a project, it was free.
